Description

This is a fruity summer punch flavored with rum, triple sec and fruit juices.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz rum
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 1⁄2 oz 151 proof rum
  • 3⁄4 oz grenadine
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz orange juice

Instructions

Combine in a shaker with ice. Strain into a tulip glass. Float rum on top of mixed cocktail. Garnish with an orange peel and a cherry and enjoy.

Notes

To float rum, pour slowly over the back of a spoon over the cocktail. This will keep the liquids separate and creates a unique drinking experience.
